PASSAGEWAYS INTAKE CENTER (1020 S. Arroyo Parkway, Pasadena, CA) Passageways is the first stop for homeless people in need of assistance in Pasadena. Passageways intake center is the sole entry-point to Pasadena's homeless services network. It is operated as a partnership between Union Station and Pacific Clinics. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS When can I go to Passageways? Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Please arrive as early as possible, as Passageways operates on a first-come, first-served basis. What do I need to bring? If you have a picture ID, social security card and a birth certificate for yourself and anyone who is with you, it will make the process much easier. If you do not have these items available, you will still receive services. How much will it cost? There is no charge for services.
