PASSAGEWAYS INTAKE CENTER

Passageways is the first stop for homeless people in need of assistance in Pasadena. Passageways intake center is the sole entry-point to Pasadena's homeless services network. It is operated as a partnership between Union Station and Pacific Clinics.

- Outreach to community members that are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless
- Intake and needs assessment
- Medical and Mental health services
- Benefits advocacy
- Shelter and housing resources
- Case management and referrals

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- When can I go to Passageways?
Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Please arrive as early as possible, as Passageways operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
- What do I need to bring?
If you have a picture ID, social security card and a birth certificate for yourself and anyone who is with you, it will make the process much easier. If you do not have these items available, you will still receive services.
- How much will it cost?
There is no charge for services.
