- Please be advised that since Holiday at the Station is hosted at the Adult Center, all volunteers must be at least 16 years old.
- The maximum number of volunteers per group is 5. This is to ensure that we are able to welcome as many volunteers to this event as possible, so please be mindful of this when registering your group.
- Don’t see your desired shift displayed on the application or your volunteer portal? Only shifts that are still available will be displayed on the volunteer portal and applications. Every volunteer role at Holiday at the Station is integral to the success of the event, so if you aren’t able to get your first choice of shift, please know that every volunteer shift makes a direct impact on the lives of our guests!
- Need your hours tracked and verified for school or work? Please make sure to register as an individual. We are unable to verify individual volunteer hours if they are served with a group.
Registration will close once all the positions are filled. If you were able to create an account, you are welcome to check back to see if any “Help Wanted” bubbles appear as people release spots. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this process, please contact us at email@example.com or (626) 240-4594.
What If I Need To Cancel?
We understand that life happens and there are circumstances out of our control. However, we would appreciate if you let us know at least two weeks before the event if you need to cancel your shift. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you are cancelling your shift.
