Learn more about Union Station’s permanent supportive housing at March Home!
Union Station proudly expanded its continuum of care in 2010 when it partnered with Abode Communities and the City of Pasadena to provide onsite supportive services at Centennial Place, a permanent supportive housing facility with 142 single room occupancy (SRO) apartments for very low-income adults.
Union Station provides on-site case management and supportive services to help residents gain the skills, stability and confidence they need to rebuild their lives and retain permanent housing.
Euclid Villa provides 14 apartments with supportive services for formerly homeless families. Families pay 30% of their income for rent, while gaining the skills, stability and confidence they need to stay permanently housed. Each year, 14 formerly homeless families live in private apartments at Euclid Villa, meeting regularly with their case manager to address the issues that led to their homelessness.
Marv’s Place provides 19 units of much-needed affordable housing for formerly homeless families in the greater Los Angeles region. Supportive services are provided onsite to offer families the tools and resources they need to end their cycle of homelessness and lead stable, productive lives. The development is designed in an elegant Mediterranean style. The three story building surrounds a central recreational courtyard creating privacy and community for the families who live there.
Union Station provides onsite classes and supportive services to help residents gain the skills, stability and confidence they need to rebuild their lives and retain permanent housing.
