Community Reintegration
Union Station Homeless Services’ provides two Community Reintegration Programs, The Community Allies Program and Centennial Place Program, which help ease the transition into housing and community for our previously unhoused residents.
UPDATED COVID-19 POLICY & PROTOCOL
The health and safety of our community is our priority. Union Station Homeless Services is constantly updating its COVID-19 protocols based on guidelines recommended by the State, LA County, and City of Pasadena Departments of Public Health. All of our program volunteers and participants are regularly updated on current guidelines and are required to follow all protocols regarding mask requirements, physical distancing, sanitization, etc.
For more information on how Union Station Homeless Services and Community Allies are monitoring the safety of our community, please email volunteer@unionstationhs.
Community Allies
The purpose of our Community Allies Program is to support our neighbors as they transition into housing. By fostering one-on-one relationships and social networks, we hope to combat isolation to support wellness and housing stability. This year, despite the challenges of the pandemic, Community Allies continued to change lives. The program kept residents in our supportive housing programs connected in small in-person groups and virtually. Activities included book club, picnics in the park, yoga, and more.
