Holly Street Housing links chronically homeless adults and families to housing and vital resources in the community – with the goal of housing the most vulnerable people first.
The “Housing First” model of Holly Street Housing allows our staff to help individuals and families access and sustain rental housing, while providing wrap around case management throughout the placement process in order to promote housing stability and improved quality of life.
HOLLY STREET HOUSING HELPS LANDLORDS REACH THESE GOALS:
Because we have a large pool of potential tenants available, we can fill your vacancies swiftly. Additionally, there is low turnover with our potential tenants.
By reducing your turnover, you eliminate cleaning costs, repair costs and showing costs.
There’s nothing fun about chasing after your rent. With our program, you won’t have to. Our payments are timely and free you up to take care of other important matters.
BENEFITS TO LANDLORDS:
No more hunting down the rent. Our tenants pay 30% of their income and we cover the rest.
Our agency assists tenants with much needed security deposits.
By working with our agency owners have access to a pool of ready to rent tenants. Vacant units will be matched with one of our clients.
Owners receive a signing incentive per unit upon signing the lease agreement.
Owners receive 24 hour support services. Each of our tenants is assigned a case manager who is available should problems arise. The case manager is a neutral third party to resolve problems quickly. Case management support is permanent and ongoing.
Owners who agree to work with our clients as tenants, become a part of the solution.
