In 2018 Anne Miskey joined as CEO to continue to guide Union Station as the lead county agency for Service Planning Area 3 (SPA 3), coordinating homeless services in 36 communities, with a combined population of over 1.5 million across the San Gabriel Valley. Recognizing that homelessness is not the result of broken people but rather broken systems, Union Station established our Lived Expertise Advisory Panel (LEAP) comprised of a diverse group of current and formerly homeless people. LEAP advises the organization on best practices and policies.
